We stand by the quality of our handmade leather jackets. Due to the high cost of materials and craftsmanship, we only accept returns or exchanges under strict conditions:
✅ Contact Us Within 24 Hours of delivery to report any issues.
✅ Return Shipping & Insurance is the buyer’s responsibility—we recommend a tracked and insured service.
✅ Full Refund only if the jacket is unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
✅ Exchange Option (size/style) if available—must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ No Returns or Refunds For:
Custom-fit or personalized jackets.
Leather that has been worn, conditioned, or altered (even once).
“Changed mind” or “doesn’t fit” cases (check sizing guide carefully).
Damage caused after delivery (e.g., stains, scratches, improper storage).
⚠ Strict Return Conditions
Proof of Defects Required: High-resolution photos/video must be sent within 24 hours of delivery for approval.
15% Restocking Fee if the jacket shows any signs of use (odor, creases, scuffs).
No Exceptions for “I didn’t read the policy” cases.
❌ No Cancellations After 1 Hour
- Leather jackets go into production immediately—no cancellations once processing begins.
🔒 Fraud Prevention
Etsy’s Case System: We document every order with photos/video pre-shipment to dispute false claims.

Leather is a luxury material, and our jackets are handcrafted to order. These rules:
✔ Prevent “rental abuse” (wearing once then returning).
✔ Protect from fraudulent damage claims.
✔ Ensure fair pricing by avoiding loss from misuse.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
